Shipment FAQ

Can I pick-up by myself?

Unfortunately, currently, BTG do not offer local pick-up service.

Do you sent boxes for returns/repair/exchange?

Sorry, we do not provide additional boxes for returns/repair/exchange. As stated in our warranty page, customers need to send back units in the boxes they received the unit it.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, we will update tracking number in our website system, then the system will send you a message to inform you about the shipment latest status. After, that you can check the shipment information from "My Account". If you have any question, please feel free to contact us via online real-time chat tool or email support@brilliantechgroup.com.

What is BTG shipping Policy?

  • We do not ship to P.O# Box
  • Untrusted address which not match PayPal's address.

SHIPPING

1. We only ship to PayPal addresses. "No Exception".
2. Our shipping carrier: UPS, Canada Post, Canpar Express
3. We are committed to getting every package out as fast as possible, safely and accurately.
4. Our promise to you is that we will ship every item within 1-2 business day of receiving cleared payment. (Most likely is Same Day Ship Out if the cleared payment received before 12:00pm EST)

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

1. Currently we are shipping to Canada, USA, and some of countries listed in our global shipping list.
2. If you are not seeing your country please ask us for shipping cost prior to bid our purchase.
3. Import duties and brokerage fees are not included in the item price or shipping charges.
4. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. All USA and International buyers MUST include their phone number in their shipping details.
5. Please check with your local customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying, we are not able to estimate/quote these charges.

PLEASE NOTE

MOST ORDERS DELIVER IN 2-5 DAYS
Orders are estimated to arrive approximately 2 to 5 business days after shipping from a fulfillment centre. Please note that shipping to select rural or remote destinations may result in extended shipping times.
Depending on the time of the year, you will have the option to upgrade the shipping method of your order for faster delivery with our Express Shipping service. If you choose to upgrade to Express Shipping, your order must be received and clear payment by 12:00 PM (noon) EST or your order may not be processed until the following business day. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
We are always working hard to ensure your package arrives as soon as possible. Please understand that some factors like weather, high postal traffic, and the performance of shipping companies are outside of our control.

Sorry, currently, we do not accept Local Pick-up.

Payments FAQ

How do I know that my refund has been processed?

The manner of refund will be on the original method of payment you used. Payment card purchases will be refunded to the original payment card. Store credit will be given for returns that were originally purchased with an electronic gift card. Customers are sent the time-frame for returns in the email with their RMA number. Refunds generally occur within 7-10 business days of our receipt of the unit.

How to return and refund?

  • BTG offers a 15-day return & exchange service on most items from the original purchase date unless specified.
  • All unopened items can be returned and/or exchanged within 15 days with no questions asked.
  • Original packaging and ALL of its content must be present and returned including manuals, accessories and gifts with purchase or other included or bonus items. Original package must be in good condition. Incomplete or physical damaged returns may be refused.
  • All returns for refunds will be processed with the original method of payment

Please notice

  • Before you process any return or refund, please contact our customer service first. Our customer service will provide you a authorization number for further process.
  • Please do not return any items without an authorization number or other instructions by us. Any packages that are send without our knowledge will be refused and no replacements will be issued.
